Bouwer. ; 153, Leadenhall Street, E.C.—The company was registered January 25, 1901, to acquire the undertaking of La Compahia Primitiva de Gas de Buenos Aires, which became known here in June, 1898, by the issue of debentures which were called in for payment on June 1,1901.
